Project Management Experience
Architecture Management was established in 1994 to provide practical, pro-active and personal service to clients.� Our President, Mr. Thomas Pratt, has worked on over $125 million in design and construction projects in New York State.� Over 60% of his has been developing visionary facilities through evaluation of buildings, programming, design, and construction.
Listening During Design
We consistently listen so we can provide visionary solutions, look for savings and serve as an advocate for our Clients.� We will work with them to make the building a model or learning tool for teachers.� Sustainability, energy, construction methods and interior design can be developed so the building� will integrate with your operation.� Our project management process includes� interacting with the building users so we can determine what the uses are today and incorporate flexibility for tomorrow.
Throughout the process, we will not hesitate to work in a graphic format by �marking-up� prepared drawings or developing drawings in a meeting since �a picture says a thousand words�.� Everyone has the opportunity to react when they can see their ideas.� Functions and needs derive the foundation for designs.� Our clients have been impressed with our caring for the project, vision for its design process, and our ownership attitude to see projects to completion as well as assistance beyond construction.
We select our projects with owners that want a project manager who cares about their design process, building and ultimate usage.� Our success comes from listening to our owners so we can research the issues, think �out of the box�, and strategically think with the owner.� As a New York State native, I am interested in designing facilities that work now and into the future.� Each of our projects receives a commitment to providing an effective and efficient process.
